Dome Zonal Council Participates In ISSER Phd research presentation
The Administrator of the Dome Zonal Council, Mr. Joseph De-Graft Omanano, has participated as an invited resource person during a presentation session organised by the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER) at the University of Ghana.

The session, formed part of presentations by PhD students in Development Studies whose research focused on market economies and development, using the Dome Market as a case study.
The research team had earlier visited the market to gather firsthand information before engaging the Dome Zonal Council in a lecture session led by Mr. Omanano.
According to the Council, the interaction provided the researchers with practical insights into the operations of the market and the role of local governance structures in community development.
Following the engagement, Mr. Omanano was invited to join the presentation session as an invited resource person, where he contributed to discussions on market administration and local economic development.
The exercise, which was described as informative and insightful, highlighted the importance of collaboration between academic institutions and local authorities in shaping development policies and research.
Mr. Omanano was accompanied by some staff of the Council, including Mr. Oppong Kusi, Samuel Boahene, Kelvin Acheampong, and Mabel Twum.
The Dome Zonal Council reaffirmed its commitment to working with stakeholders and institutions to promote development and improve service delivery within the community.
