Speaking at the sideline after having his Assembly's turn with the Committee, he said it is a lesson well-learned, and appearing before the committee subsequently will see a lot of improvement in their delivery at the Assemblies as most of the mistakes as identified will not be repeated.

With a lot of emphasis being placed on mobilizing resources, he said the assembly is developing new strategies to rank in more money, including intensifying follow-ups, adding that GIZ is currently developing a data base for them to enhance the collection of property rates which will significantly increase their revenue base.

"We are currently perfecting our database thankfully we have GIaz developing a property rate database for us. I was also guided by my predecessor on how to follow-up on the daily tolls".

"Really, our take off is next year as we are trying to identify the loopholes and seal them properly".
