The Suhum Municipal Assembly in the Eastern Region has confirmed Mr. Samuel Fleischer-Kwabi, the President’s nominee as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the area.

The Suhum Municipal Assembly in the Eastern Region has confirmed Mr. Samuel Fleischer-Kwabi, the President’s nominee as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the area.

This was his second attempt after he failed to obtain the two-third majority of valid votes in the first election held last Friday.

He polled 32 votes representing 76 percent out of 43 with 11 against which represents 24 percent.

Mr. Fleischer-Kwabi promised to continue with the good work to solve the many challenges confronting the people.
