As part of efforts to improve on the issue of housing in the district, the Kpandai District Assembly has managed to commit resources from its share of the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) to put up an impressive 10 No. 3 unit residential bungalows for staff of the Assembly.

The facility is almost completed for users, with full works on 9 out of the 10 apartments duly finished by contractors discharging works on it.

This was highlighted in an interaction with Ghanadistricts.com by the District Chief Executive for the Assembly Jasper Jatoh Moayi.

However, beneficiaries are currently occupying the completed units whiles serious works are ongoing for the remaining one to be completed shortly.

According to him, the contractors were putting finishing touches to the last residential unit left, as he clearly stated that the building is now receiving some painting works.

He noted that this massive project being secured at the district will greatly address the accommodation challenges in the short term as frantic efforts are being made to increase such facilities in the area to wholly solve the problem of housing.
