(AGONA) SEKYERE SOUTH: Former DCE to return state properties
The Sekyere South District Assembly has asked its former District Chief Exetive, Mr. Ben Abanakwa, to return all assembly properties he allegedly took away from his officail residence at Agona before leaving office.

The Sekyere South District Assembly has asked its former District Chief Exetive, Mr. Ben Abanakwa, to return all assembly properties he allegedly took away from his officail residence at Agona before leaving office.
The items include bed sheets, blankets, pillows. cooking utensils,cutlery and a deep Freezer.
Consequently, the new DCE, Mr. Edward Kusi Ayarkwa, has not been able to move into the residence.
At a meeting of the assembly on Monday, Mr. Ayarkwa said the absence of the items came to light when the officials inspected the residence after the former DCE had provided inventory of items at the residence to the District Co-ordinating Director.
He announecd that the district had been selected among others to benefit from the District Development Fund.
"The amount to be provided to the assembly is quite substancial compared with other districts", he ascerted.
