The donation followed a request by the school's headmaster, made less than a week after Mr. Buah commissioned a six-unit ultra-modern classroom block for the institution.

Presenting the items on behalf of the MP, Mr. Vanda Shaibu, his Personal Assistant and an alumnus of the school, said the gesture fulfilled a promise Mr. Buah made during the commissioning of the classroom facility.

He indicated that the school would receive additional support in the future, including more sewing machines for the Home Economics Department.

Mr. Shaibu reiterated Mr. Buah's commitment to promoting technical and vocational education as a viable means of tackling unemployment and equipping young people with employable skills.

The Headmaster of NASS, Mr. Joseph Kwaw Blay, commended the Member of Parliament for his continued support, describing him as a key partner in the school's efforts to train skilled manpower for the job market.

He assured that the machines would be put to good use and urged students to reciprocate the gesture by dedicating themselves to their studies and striving for excellence.

Mr. Kwaw Blay also appealed for support towards the construction of an additional 12-unit classroom block to address infrastructure challenges as the school prepares to transition to a single-track system by September 2026.

Madam Mavis Kwasi, Head of the Home Economics Department, expressed appreciation to the MP for the timely intervention, noting that the machines would greatly enhance practical teaching and learning in the department.
