According to him, the Assembly remains resolute in pursuing infrastructure initiatives in the areas of education, health, security, and road development to enhance socio-economic growth.

Mr. Dagba made the remarks after embarking on an inspection tour of ongoing and completed projects in the municipality with the Volta Regional Political Coordinator, Mr. Siki Abibu.

The team first visited the Municipal Police Commander's Bungalow, which has been completed and is currently in use. They then toured the newly completed 12-unit classroom block at Akatsi Senior High Technical School and inspected the ongoing construction of a girls' dormitory and a six-unit staff bungalow at the school.

At Zuta, the MCE and the Regional Political Coordinator inspected a completed Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compound and nurses' accommodation facility, both awaiting commissioning.

The delegation also visited a completed six-unit classroom block already in use and another six-unit classroom block under construction, which has reached the roofing stage.

The team further inspected ongoing works on the Akatsi-Avedakpa Road, a project expected to improve accessibility and boost economic activities in the area upon completion.

Mr. Dagba stressed that the Assembly would continue to prioritize projects that address the developmental needs of the people and contribute to the overall growth of the municipality.

"We remain committed to delivering projects that improve lives across our communities. Development continues," he stated.
