He said, this initiative aims to empower the youth and create opportunities for them to participate in the local tourism industry.

Speaking with Ghanadistricts Tv, he stated that at least two persons who are known in the Municipality would be trained as paragliding pilots so as to encourage the youth in the municipality.

He said the management is in talks with Ghana Tourism Board which he believes will come out by the end of the year.

The MCE's promise is expected to boost tourism in the area and provide a unique experience for visitors.

Mr. Effah Osei said he has been working with his Committee to promote tourism in some areas like Nkofieho Cave and the Afram River, involved in initiatives to boost local development and revenue generation.

He emphasized the importance of leveraging local resources to drive economic growth and efforts aimed to create opportunities for the youth and promote community development.
