Asokore Krontihene Pays Courtesy Call on MCE

The Krontihene of Asokore ,Nana Appiah Boamah I in the New Juaben North Municipality paid a courtesy visit to the Municipal Chief Executive of the New Juaben North Municipal Assembly, Hon. Samuel Adongo, to congratulate him on his recent appointment.

The MCE outlined key areas of focus during his tenure in office by assuring them of making sure that all Government Projects within the Municipality are completed and commissioned including meeting the needs of drainage systems and also building of Chips compound at Asokore.

In a discussion, the MCE raised the issue of property rates with the Chief and asked that they encourage their people to fulfill their tax obligations to the Assembly to help in the mobilization of revenue for the Assembly.

Responding to the MCE, the Krontihene of Asokore commended Hon. Adongo for his developmental vision and expressed their commitment to collaborate closely with the Assembly to ensure the progress and well-being of the Citizenry.

He also promised to ensure that a land would be allocated for the projects by working together with the Catholic Church.

Present was the Municipal Finance officer, Mr. William Ompong and information officer, Benjamin Obeng Asiedu.
