OFkMA: Work commences on new steel bridge project

The Urban Roads Officer for the Assembly, Mr. Francis Ohenebeng, who led the team for the exercise, stated that the 30-kilometer bridge awarded to Bilqist Construction Limited and funded from the Road fund is expected to be completed within 12months.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) Mr. Abraham Antwi, said the project, when completed would help manage the decongestion and its rippling effects of flooding and other disasters that has tormented the area over the years.


He assured residents of the enclave of his continuous and effective effort to ensure total development of the area.
