The election, held on Wednesday, 25th February 2026, at the municipal assembly hall, saw Hon. Mensah returned unopposed.

All 41 assembly members cast their ballots in her favour, resulting in a unanimous victory.

The election was overseen by Mr. Edward Gyamfi, the Municipal Electoral Officer.

Following the declaration of results, Hon. Mensah was sworn into office by Her Honour Mrs. Aliata Saeed, a Circuit Court Judge based at Donyina.

In her acceptance speech, the re-elected Presiding Member pledged to foster unity and collaboration among all members to drive the development of the Ejisu Municipality.
