Baiden Children’s home in the Berekum Municipality in the Brong Ahafo Region have received a helping hand in the form of donations from citizens of Berekum living in Italy.

Some of the items presented included rice, cooking oil, other assorted items and cash donations.

The association’s main aim is to bring people of Berekum living in Italy together to provide support for its members and merge ideas together on finding a lasting solution for the development of Berekum.

Their recent gesture to the Biadan children’s home is one of such moves aimed at bridging the vast gap between the rich and the poor in the area.
