The Ningo Prampram District Assembly, one of the six newly created Districts in the Greater Accra Region had as at August 2012 collected Ninety Two Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ninety nine (GHs 92,799.00) Ghana Cedis as its Internally Generated Funds (IGF).

However, a total of Eighty Two thousand, Four hundred and one (GHs 82,401.00) Ghana Cedis out of the monies collected were spent on the assembly’s numerous challenges.

The District Chief Executive, Richson Nii Teye Appernarh who made this known at an assembly sitting, called on the members to assist the assembly in generating more funds to initiate its programmews and policies within the shortest possible time.

In other related developments, the DCE further noted that his outfit was doing everything possible ensure the completion of the new administration block to house various departments of the assembly to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of their activities.

He also expressed appreciation to the Prampram Traditional Council for temporary releasing its structure to accommodate the "infant" district.
