Ekumfi District moves to improve IGF

Ekumfi District Chief Executive, Ismael Nana Asamoah, has outlined plans to generate Internal Generated Funds (IGF) by creating a favorable business environment, leveraging the district's strategic location and natural resources to attract investors.

He aims to promote agricultural entrepreneurship, support farmers and entrepreneurs, and unlock the district's full potential.

He said supporting farmers and entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector to boost economic growth and job creation.

Mr. Ismael Nana Asamoah stated that, Prioritizing the construction and upgrade of roads, markets, and public facilities will improve residents' quality of life and also Focusing on creating job opportunities, especially for the youth, will empower them to contribute to the development in the district.

In an interview with Ghanadistricts.com, the DCE encouraged the Assembly members to identify and explore opportunities to generate resources and create employment in their respective areas, by implementing these initiatives, he hopes the economic growth, improving living standards, and revenue generation will be increased in the district.
