KINTAMPO NORTH :Kintampo residents celebrate Alhaji Banda
The executive and entire membership of the Kintampo Kro Ye Kuo, both in Ghana and abroad, have sent a message of felicitations to Alhaji Asoma Banda, a native if Kintampo on his nomination and appointment by President John Evans Atta Mills as member of the Council of State.

The executive and entire membership of the Kintampo Kro Ye Kuo, both in Ghana and abroad, have sent a message of felicitations to Alhaji Asoma Banda, a native if Kintampo on his nomination and appointment by President John Evans Atta Mills as member of the Council of State.
In a statement signed and issued in Accra by Mr Charles Ankrah, President of the Association, the group said it was a matter of pride and joy that a son of Kintampo should be deemed by Mr President as qualified to occupy such an exalted position.
While commending President Atta Mills for the appointment, the group called on all sons and daughters of Kintampo to support Alhaji Banda with their prayers.
The association also assured President Mills and his government of their support in the determination to move Ghana forward and make it a better place.
According to the group it has no doubt in the capacity of Alhaji Banda adding that it is confident he will contribute positively in the deliberations of the council.
The group charged Alhaji Banda to see his appointment as a call to national duty and see Ghana as his constituency where he is expected to place Ghana far above any other consideration.
