SAD! GFP leader, Akua Donkor passes away
Information reaching Ghanadistricts.com indicates that, the founder and leader of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Madam Akua Donkor has passed away.

The sad incident occurred on Monday, October 28, 2024, at Ridge Hospital in Accra.
The late Akua Donkor began her presidential aspirations when she was elected as the Assemblywoman for Herman with her first attempt at the presidency coming in 2012 when she applied to run as an independent candidate.
Until her untimely death, the leader of the Ghana Freedom Party was listed as the third candidate on the ballot for the 2024 presidential race.
