DCE hands over renovated teachers’ bungalow

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Sekyere Central District, Mr. Benjamin Kingsley Koduah has handed over a renovated two separate 3-unit self-contained teachers bungalow at Beposo to the District Education Directorate.

The development is to help provide decent accommodation for teachers in the area and was funded from the District Assembly Common fund.

Speaking at a colourful ceremony, the DCE noted that the government is committed to changing the lives of the people in the area and that the inauguration of the building in support of education is evidence of that commitment.



He said education remains a critical area for developing countries like Ghana and the Sekyere Central district for that matter.

Mr. Koduah stated that the government is committed to working tirelessly to improve the living conditions of the people and as such urged them to continue to have faith in the Akufo-Addo led administration.



The DCE assisted by Okotwasuo Boama Kwabi IV Beposo manhene, District health directorate and management of SCDA also cut sod for the construction of 3 unit self-contained nurses quarters at the Beposo health centre.



The DDF funded project is to be executed by unique 74 engineering services and is expected to be completed within 4 calendar months.
