Education is still being prioritized as one of the key areas to boost sustainable development in the Kassena Nankana West district, as the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETfund) is assisting the Assembly to finish off some uncompleted school projects this year.
These are some 6 unit classroom block projects which are seriously under construction in the district, to boost the quality of education in the area.
Mr. Thomas Dalu Addah, the District Chief Executive for the Assembly has contended that the project will be accomplished soon, as all hands are on deck to ensure the speedy completion of the projects started sometime last year. He was speaking with Ghanadistricts.com in an interview to highlight some ongoing projects in the area being undertaken by the Assembly.
The school projects are concurrently being facilitated at Abulu primary and Tarzika primary, and forms part of the barrage of educational projects rolled out last year under the implementation of governments “Better Ghana” agenda.
He pledged the commitment of the Assembly to finish all uncompleted projects to ostensibly improve the infrastructural development of the area.
