ASUOGYAMAN:More roads to see improvement soon

The bad nature of some roads in the Asuogyaman District in the in the Eastern Region would soon be addressed as the assembly with support from government is putting in measures to improve them.

Currently, reconstruction of Pupuni-Tortibo road is underway with culverts and other drain infrastructure being constructed.

Mr. Johnson Ahiakpor, District Chief Executive who revealed this to Ghanadistricts.com also indicated that Aforde Town roads would also be tarred along side other important roads including Frankadua-Aforde road.

These projects according to the DCE are in fulfillment of the assembly’s quest to provide the citizens with better travelling experience aimed at reducing travelling hours. This would also increase economic activities and ensure safety of the travelling public.
