BIBIANI: Assembly renovates fire station

In a bid to enhance the work of fire service personnel in the area, the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai District Assembly has renovated the Bibiani fire station to fit a modern standard.
This forms part of the ruling NDC’s policy to revamp the various security agencies to carry out their activities of protecting lives and properties of the ordinary Ghanaian citizenry without impediments.
However, the move which secured funding from the District Assembly’s Common Fund (DACF) was also aimed at facilitating the work of fire service personnel in their quest to fight fire outbreaks in the area.
Meanwhile, work on a 6-unit classroom block at Sebess-Bekwai, a suburb community in the district has also been completed to enhance teaching and learning.
These were made available to Ghanadistricts.com in a document containing recent developments in the district.
