GA E:Dome-Ashongman Estate road receives tarring

The Dome-Kwabenya- Ashongman Estate road in the Ga East Municipality, which has for years not seen any major maintenance leaving it filled with potholes, has been a major worry to residents and commuters who normally ply the road.

However, the NDC government recently initiated some level of works to reshape the stretch to make it convenient for road users.

Ghanadistricts.com in a visit to the project site yesterday can confirm that contractors have started tarring some portions of the road to provide a firm and smooth surface that will enhance transportation on the road.

Meanwhile actual reconstruction works on the road started some few months ago and is being discharged by Agyacot Company Limited a construction firm in Accra.
