AOWIN: 850 dual desks distributed

The Aowin Suaman District Assembly in the Western Region has procured and distributed about 850 pieces of dual desks to some selected basic schools in a bid to improve education in the area.
This follows the government’s pronouncement to ensure quality and accessible education at the basic level since it was the essential part of Ghana’s education cycle.
The District Chief Executive, Oscar Ofori Larbi who made this known to Ghanadistricts.com, noted that several efforts are been made by his outfit to ensure that education in the district is raised to a preferred standard.
According to him, the assembly has done progressively well in terms of educational infrastructure development in the area, adding that Dadieso Senior High Secondary School has also benefited from a 6 unit classroom block to improve teaching and learning.
He added that similar of such projects have also been completed and currently in use at various schools within the district.
