ELLEMBELE:Assembly acquires new mobile clinic

The Ellembelle District Assembly has acquired a new Mobile clinic as part of its efforts to ensure that quality health delivery becomes accessible to residents especially in the most deprived communities.
Chief Executive for the Assembly, Daniel Kermanbetu Eshun who made this known to Ghanadistricts.com expressed his delights about the facility, and lauded government’s immense contribution to improve living conditions in the area.
He said the facility is expected to operate in communities with no access to health centers and also expressed hope that the move will go a long way to assist the District’s Health Directorate discharge their duty of ensuring routine health care in various communities within the district.
Meanwhile, the Assembly had procured and distributed about 800 pieces of dual desks to some selected basic schools in a bid to improve education in the area.
This follows the government’s pronouncement to ensure quality and accessible education at the basic level since it was the fundamental level of Ghana’s education system.
Mr. Kermanbetu Eshun again noted that his outfit was making continuous strive to ensure that education in the district is raised to a preferred standard.
