N JUABEN: Dormitory, classroom block for SHS

Authorities of the New Juaben Senior High School are looking forward to increasing enrolment this academic year following addition of a number of new infrastructures.
A 3-storey 12-unit boy’s dormitory block being constructed by the government through the Ghana Education Trust Fund, GETFund is receiving finishing touches and expected for completion in 2 weeks. Attached to the facility include 12-unit water closet toilet, 12-unit bath with washing area.
Another infrastructure which is a 6-unit classroom block being constructed by the 48 Regiment of the Ghana Armed Forces is also nearing completion with only louver blades yet to be fix.
The Parent Teacher Association, PTA of the school is also assisting in adding additional floor to the girl’s dormitory block and is hoped to be completed soon to ensure all the students get the comfort they deserve.
Eastern Regional Minister, Mr. Victor Smith who was in the school to inspect progress of work at the school was delighted at the quality of work produced by the 48 Engineering Regiment of the Ghana Armed Forces adding that their discipline is evident in everything that they do.
