GA W: Nii Ankraman Assemblyman appeals for boreholes

The Assembly for Nii Ankraman Electoral Area, in the Ga West Municipality Mr. Richard Osei is appealing to the government and benevolent organizations to provide them with quality and accessible water facilities to bring comfort them.

According to him the area is faced with serious water problem which has succeeded in making life unbearable for the residents in the area.

“We have serious water problem,” he reiterated.
He was quick to add that in this era of abundance residents still trek long kilometers in search of water for domestic and commercial purposes.

Mr. Osei said although he has been able to lobby for pipe borne water to be made available to them twice every week he said the situation was not the best complaining that it could not serve all the people in his electoral area.

The assemblyman believes drilling of boreholes would be the best alternative to solve the water problem facing them.
