GOMOA E:New CHPS compound for Gomoa Fetteh

Residents in the Gomoa Fetteh Electoral Area in the Gomoa East District have benefited from a new Community Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compounds to improve health delivery in the  area.

The project which was funded and constructed by the Central Regional Development Commission (CEDECOM) was aimed at bringing quality health delivery to the doorsteps of the individual Ghanaian citizenry.

The assemblyman for the area, David Thompson who confirmed this in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com indicated that the facility is duly completed and expected to be commissioned soon.

However in other developments, the assemblyman further revealed that Fetteh DA School has also benefited from a 6-unit classroom blocks each to improve teaching and learning in the area.

He added that the project was constructed with funding from the District Assembly’s Common Fund.
