SEKYERE E: Electricity project at Effiduase North nears completion

An electricity extension project is nearing completion in the Effiduase North Electoral Area in the Sekyere East District in the Ashanti Region.
The project is to enable them to also have the fair share of the national cake from that part of the country.
Information available to Ghanadistricts.com has it that most residents had vacated the area due to the absence of electricity but the extension project in recent times has increased the population of the area considerably.
The Assemblyman, Mr. Abdul-Razar Kadir who made this known in an interaction with Ghanadistricts.com said the project has made him more popular and has received a lot commendation from residents in the area.
“They are all happy about the project and have even come to me to help them acquire a metre,” he said.
The electricity project he said extends from Santase,Nyankobese to part of Oyoko boundary.
Meanwhile the project is about 99% completed and will be commissioned soon.
