K NANKANA W:USAID funds construction of education office complex

Serious works are currently underway in the construction of a 2-storey block for the Kassena Nankana West District Education Directorate.

The project was considered by the Assembly to purposely offer the service the conducive and enhanced environment that will aid their operations in the district.

Mr. Thomas Dalu Addah, District Chief Executive for the area, in an interaction to disclose the details of the project ongoing at the district said the project is fully funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

He noted that the project being undertaken will certainly pave way for the Directorate to open up so as it could facilitate the implementation of its structures in a proper manner.

This august project amidst other major infrastructure projects discharged in the educational sector this year is being pushed to assist promote quality education in the area.

It is also intended to keep the “Better Ghana” agenda on track in the district.
