M WASSA E: CHPS compounds for 3 communities

The Mpohor Wassa East District Assembly has financed the construction of 3 separate Community Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compounds in the area as part of efforts to improve health delivery in the area.

Beneficiary communities include Enyiabrim, Sekyere Adiembra and New Subri.

Speaking at an assembly sitting, the District Chief Executive Anthony Bassaw, indicated that the projects were aimed at bringing quality health delivery to the door steps of the rural folks in the area.

He added that the assembly will do its posible best to ensure that works on the project are completed in due time to ensure its intended purpose.

However in other related issues, the DCE revealed that his outfit has completed works on a two storey police post to boost security at Atobiase and its surrounding communities.
