SAWLA:Bungalow underway to ease accommodation for nurses

The Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District Assembly is making a considerable investment into the wellbeing of some nurses in the district, as it has committed resources in the construction an accommodation facility for them. 

At least, the Assembly has dedicated efforts to securing a 1 no semi-detached bungalow for nurses which is intended to ease accommodation challenges of health workers generally to improve their social lives in the area.

Highlighting on the project, the District Chief Executive for the area, Mumuni Isaac Dramani disclosed that the project is moving steadily in the area, indicating that contractors were currently on site busily discharging works to ensure quick delivery of the project. 

The project he said was being facilitated through the District Development Fund (DDF), and forms part of government’s strategies to improve the health sector of the district.
