A AKIM S: DCE presents anesthetic machine to Juaso Hospital

The District Chief Executive for Asante Akim South in the Ashanti Region, Mr. De-graft Fokuo has presented a brand new Anesthetic machine to the Juaso government Hospital.

The facility estimated at GHs 87,000 according to the District Engineer Mr. Owusu Osae in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com was financed through the District Development Fund (DDF).

he said although the hospital had such facility, it broke down some months back hence the need to replace it with a new and advanced one to enable the doctors to carry out surgical operations in order to save lives.

Meanwhile Mr. De-graft Fokuo (DCE) during the donation reiterated the government’s unflinching support to help the hospital improve upon its services.

The Medical Superintendent, Dr Kwame Kusi Agyemang on behalf of the hospital was appreciative of the gesture.
