FANTEAKWA: Assembly receive 1000 desks

The Fanteakwa District Assembly in the Eastern Region has taken delivery of about 1000 dual desks from Ministry of Education (MoE) to be distributed to some selected basic schools in the area.

This is to augment the already 3,900 chairs and 6,050 tables which already been distributed to  some selected basic schools in the area.

The initiative is aimed at also  creating a conducive place of promoting education in the area and also given education a befitting facelift in the area.

However, this came to light the Eastern Regional Minister Ambassador Victor Smith paid a visit to the district to inspect some of the projects completed by the government under the “Better Ghana” agenda.
