SISSALA E:New Shuttle bus for Tumu Midwifery school

The Tumu Midwifery Training College has received a brand new shuttle bus which will be transporting students from their various hostels to campus.
The move initiated by the Assembly will among other things assist authorities address transportation difficulties, as well as help boost infrastructure and facilities which may be needed for smooth running of the school in the area.
Disclosing this in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com, the District Chief Executive for the area, Sulemena Alijata Gbentie reiterated that the vehicle was facilitated for the school to guarantee the forward march of the “Better Ghana” agenda programme.
Meanwhile the Assembly has also acquired a pick up vehicle meant to support the implementation of the Sustainable Water and Rural Development Project.
The programme being executed in the district has lately seen Wellembelle, another small community benefit from a mechanized water facility which has created the avenue for inhabitants to soon enjoy potable water when the project is finally completed.
Madame Sulemana Gbentie revealed that the implementation of the project for the community has reached its advance stage, as the site for the project already has been released to contractors to begin actual work.
She also claimed that community sensitization has been done to enable community members be aware of the project on board for them in the area.
However FUBIDA CONSULT is supporting the programme with the required technical services and consultancy advice that will push the programme in the district.
