AKUAPIM N:Asesseeso – Abonse road gets facelift

The Eastern Regional Minister, Mr. Victor Smith, has inspected the completion of first phase works on the Asesseeso-Abonse road in the Akuapim North District.

The 1.7 kilometer road was estimated to cost about GHs 931.881.00.

Mr. Victor Smith however expressed satisfaction for the work done and urged the contractor to speed-up works when the second phase of the project begins.

In a quick responds to the Minister’s assertion, the District Chief Executive, George Opare Addo, noted that plans were far advance to ensure the commencement of the second phase in due time.

He also pleaded to residents in both communities for any inconvenience caused in their daily activities and assured that the Assembly will do its possible best to complete the project in due time.

 Mr. Victor Smith also commissioned a new town council office at Asesseeso to enable authourities discharged their duties in a more conducive atmosphere.
