Items presented to beneficiaries include hair dryers, tricycles, barbering machines, out-board motor, barbering machine and photo graphic equipment among others.
The District Chief Executive, William Ata Mends, in his remarks noted that the project was main equipping beneficiaries into the job market to help scale down the teeming unemployed youth in the area.
He said no government could ever employ the as many unemployed youth into the country’s public sector but will on other hand create avenue for them to explore the skills and talents they have acquired.
Mr. Ata Mends further urged the unemployed youth in the area who have not yet registered their names for the programme to do so since it can help change their fortunes around.
