LEKMA: Extra classrooms for Tsuibleoo Presby sch

 
Ground breaking ceremony  

The Presby School at Teshie Tsuibleoo in the Ledzokuku Krowor Municipal Assembly (LEKMA) will very soon conduct lessons from a new 6-unit classrooms as a ground breaking ceremony has been held recently to bring the project into fruition.

The project which is expected to be completed within 2 months is one of the over 18 educational projects initiated in the area within the last 3years.

Mr. Daniel Amartey Mensah, Municipal Chief Executive for LEKMA, speaking at the ceremony attested to the fact that the project would reduce long distances children in the area cover before they could access education in other towns.

He said government was committed to bridging the educational infrastructure gap in the country, especially in the deprived communities.

On her part the Municipal Education Officer, Mrs. Rosetta Addison Sackey expressed appreciation to the government for the project but called for more of such intervention from benevolent organizations to improve the level of education in the area.
