AHANTA W: Assembly keen to improve education

After several years of studying under dilapidated structures three schools in the Ahanta West District of the Western Region are set to benefit from 6 unit classroom blocks each to boost education in the area.
Juabenkrom, Ejumako Mpataase and Agona Model Schools are the beneficiaries of this special initiatives.
Confirming the story to Ghanadistricts.com, the District Chief Executive (DCE) Joseph Dofoyena stated that, the projects were currently on-going and were at various stages of completion.
He however admitted that education in the district could be described as one of the best, if basic infrastructure to ensure proper teaching and learning is met, adding that the assembly has therefore equipped itself to meet the said agenda.
In other development, the DCE further disclosed that the assembly is currently reshaping all feeder roads to improve transportation within the district.
