AJUMAKO:13 communities to get electricity

Information reaching Ghanadistricts.com indicates that about 13 communities within the Ajumako/Enyan/Essiam (AEE) District in the Central Region are to be connected to the national grid.
The beneficiary communities include Obrawogum, Enyan Kokwaado, Opepease, Akotogua, Bordenkwaa, Denkyedua, Pinanko/ Anamosi, Edwumaiam, Bekoso, Amoanda No. 2, Anyinasu, Boso and Ajumako- Solomon.
The District Chief Executive Peter Light Koomson who revealed this at the assembly’s meeting also confirmed that additional 20 smaller communities within the district are also expected to have a fair share of the national cake.
He named them as Anombo-Kuma, Rehawoho, Ekupon, Esikado, Bukarikrom, Esua, Kososan, Dwenwoho, Obrayeko, Egyin, Moframfadwen and Nyamebekyere No.1.
The rest are Omanso, Kwawompe, Enyan Attakwaa, Enyan Ahwiam, Enyan Akokwaa, Osubu, Grace Prayer Camp, Adiepena and Opoprow.
According to him the assembly is on course to ensure their connection to the national grid.
“We are working unrelentlessly to have these communities connected to the national grid”. He added.
