The Bawku West District Assembly is seriously expediting moves to fix most of the poor roads that lie in the district.
In the light of this, the Assembly has dispatched some good number of graders to the area, to help facilitate in reshaping the road networks in the district.
District Chief Executive for the area, Moro Adam Anaba said that government has even called for the construction of steel bridges on the two roads that link Zebilla to the southern part of the district, noting that the government is on its toes to make the “Better Ghana” agenda a reality in his area. Mr. Moro Anaba disclosed this in an interview with Ghanadistricts.com.
He reiterated that the Assembly has positioned itself to open up some of the roads which are not engineered to create accessibility to a lot of the hinterlands and farming communities located in the district.
