BONGO: Zorkor/Soe to get police posts

Police post underconstruction

Zorkor and Soe both communities in the Bongo district will soon enjoy the services of the Police, when efforts by the Assembly to build police posts in these areas fully materialised.

At the moment works are seriously progressing on these projects, to entrench the security systems in the entire district.

The projects which are both being implemented at a cost of GHS 50,050.65 and GHS 50,028.70 respectively are discharged from the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF).

With efforts being put in place to guarantee the safety of inhabitants, the Assembly is currently giving priority to security in the form of numerous infrastructure projects into the sector to boost the operations of security personnel in the district.
