ABURA: Inter-Party Dialogue Committee inaugurated

A 23-member inter-party Dialogue Committee has been inaugurated in the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese District to help promote intellectual political discourse in the area.
The members were drawn from the various political parties in the country as well as from the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), the Ghana Police Service, the media, Council of Churches and some opinion leaders in the district.
Mr. Charles Nkrumah, the Central Regional Director of the NCCE who swore in the committee members, charged them to always stand by the truth and condemn wrong doings even if it is within their political parties.
The Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese (AAK) District Director of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), Ebenezer Kwesi Dadzie on his part admonished the committee to help facilitate a peaceful electioneering in the area.
