KINTAMPO N:Assembly constructs new radio station

In line with the efforts to create a platform that would help boost the consciousness of residents and also educate them on certain vital government policies and programmes, the Kintampo North Municipal Assembly has constructed a new radio station in the municipality.

The radio station situated at Kintampo will run full scale educative and informative programmes and other highlights of the Assembly’s programmes undertaken in the area.

This was revealed in an address delivered by the Municipal Chief Executive for the Kintampo Municipal Assembly, Alhassan Seidu Harrison at the Third Ordinary Meeting of the Assembly at Kintampo.

The DCE further stated that the Assembly has also secured a new police post for the area to entrench the security systems in the district.

He reiterated that the Assembly in conjunction with the government would execute projects that will bring development in the socio-economic lives of the people in the area.
