NORTH TONGU: Assembly improves Adidome lorry park

A congenial atmosphere has been created for drivers and commuters at Adidome with pavement of the lorry park.

The pavement form part of a 4 kilometer town roads improvement project under taken by the department of urban roads in the Adidome Township.

The lorry park used to be a nightmare for the use because the floor was just spread with clay sand which gets water logged each time it rains making driving through it very difficult.

However, the Assembly was unable to erect sheds as should have been the case because the place is also used for other social activities.

In order to go ahead with the construction of sheds the DCE said the Assembly was considering providing an alternative facility for social activities for the people.
