Hon. Debrah is a native of Tanoso in the Brong Ahafo Region and married with five children. He holds MBA(University of Strathclyde, Glasgow,UK) 1995. He is a Valuer/Banker and work at SSB-SG as Chief Manager, Retail Banking Unit, Head Office before he became an MP.

He obtained 17,048 votes out of the 28,985 valid votes cast =58.8% in the last elections and represents the New Patriotic party and a member of the minority in parliament.
