He comes from Dormaa-Akwamu in the Brong Ahafo Region and married with four children. He holds Diploma in Management (Int. Prof. Managers Association, UK) 2003. Hon. Ntow-Ababio is a Christian (Presbytarian).
He obtained 13,009 votes out of the 23,921 valid votes cast = 54,4% in the last elections and represents the New Patriotic party and a member of the minority in parliament.
