Born on July 1,1956 and comes from Akontombra, Western Region and married with five children.He holds GCE ’O’ Level, 1979.He is a Storekeeper and was the Cocoa Inputs Company Limited (District Storekeeper)before he became an MP. He is a christian(Catholic).
He obtained 12,786 votes out of the 23,492 valid votes cast = 54.4% in the last elections and represents the National Democratic Congress and a member of the majority in parliament.
