Born on March 19, 1955 and comes from Peki Wudome, Volta Region and married with five children.He holds MA (Development Studies), ISS, The Hague, Netherlands, which he obtained in 1992.
He is a Development Planner/Architect/Quantity Surveyor and was the Reg. Dir., Greater Accra Regional Office of Community Water and Sanitation Agency before he became an MP. He is a christian(Evangelical Presbyterian) .
He obtained 13,654 votes out of the 15,605 valid votes cast = 87.5% in the last elections and represents the National Democratic Congress and a member of the majority in parliament.
