Born on September 11,1949,Hon. Bandua comes from Bowiri-Anyinase in the Volta Region and married with three children. He holds BA & Dip. in Education(UCC)1980 and BL(GSL)1990. He is a Lawyer and was a Deputy Chief Manager, Bank of Ghana. He fellowships with the Assemblies of God Church.

He obtained 16,083 votes out of the 24,207 valid votes cast = 66.4% in the last elections and represents the National Democratic Congress and a member of the majority in parliament.
