The National Secretariat shall appoint two (2) Sector Coordinators for the of the NEPAD School Feeding Programme.

There shall be an Sector Coordinator -
Southern Sector, covering Greater Accra, Volta, Eastern, Central and Western Regions; and an Area Coordinator -
Northern Sector, covering Ashanti, Brong-Ahafo, Northern, Upper-East and Upper-West Regions.

The Sector Coordinators shall plan, organize, direct and control the implementation of the NEPAD School Feeding Programme in their respective Sectors and report monthly to the Executive Chairman of the National Secretariat.
Sector Coordinators will work through the Metropolitan, Municipal or District Implementation Committees and the National Service Personnel, to ensure effective and successful operation at the Primary School level.

This will entail planned operational and inspection visits.
A Finance and Administration Director will be appointed to manage all Financial, Logistic and Administrative matters.
Other human resource personnel will be engaged.
