Ahwiaa, Home of Wood Carving

Ahwiaa, the home of wood carving is a town located in the Kwabre East District in Ashanti Region of Ghana. Wood carvings including stools, weapons, symbols, exotic wooden sculptures of traditional tribal masks and figures are made here. It is an interesting site to visit.
